Can I return or exchange glasses if they do not fit me? 

Of course. Each consumer who is a customer is entitled to return prescription frames (purchased without lenses) or sunglasses within 14 days of receiving the shipment, without giving any reason.  Each  prescription frames (purchased without lenses) or sunglasses offered at may also be replaced within 14 days of receiving the the shipment.


Is there any warranty for glasses and if so under what conditions? 

All products purchased at are covered by 2 year manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty covers only damages resulting from product hidden defects. Damages in connection with the improper use of goods are not covered by the warranty.


Do you have a stationary store where I could try on and buy your glasses? 

We invite you to visit our store Optique Exclusive at Nowy Świat 6/12 in Warsaw, Poland.


If I like the concrete model of glasses which is not available on can you order it for me? 

If the product comes with a portfolio of our brands  and comes from the current collection, there will be no problem with ordering  wanted glasses. If it is a model derived from the previous collection, accessibility issues are considered  individually.


Could I order lenses for frames purchased at 

Of course, we work in co-operation with Essilor, which is the leading manufacturer of lenses.
